<p>hi,</p> <p>i had a small car accident on 24 May 2017 around 7am, my bakkie hit a concrete pillar on the side of the road, before stopping against a tree further down the road.</p> <p> </p> <p>The impact was so hard that the bumper on my car is completely gone, aswell as the radiator as the concrete pillar was broken out of the ground by the force.</p> <p> </p> <p>AS i said, around 7am, Netstar calls me frantically at around 2PM (7 hours later) to ask if i am ok, or if i need any assitance because an impact on the car has been detected. At this time i was already busy with X-rays at the hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p>What if it was a serious accident? What if my life depended on the emergency assistance?</p> <p>under these conditions, after 7 hours, its unlikely i would have had the chance to type this complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cancel this account immediately.</p> <p> </p>
