Does my car exist?

I have been a Netstar client for 20 years and now it looks like I no longer exist (according to Netstar). I have been trying to find a number for the service Netstar used to offer where you can phone in and ask that they track your vehicle so that you can be sure that they will have contact with your vehicle in an emergency. However, that "test" number has disappeared. Last week Wednesday I decided to use the panic so that I can see if Netstar responds. It is now Tuesday, nearly a week later, and so far Netstar has not contacted me. (I don't know if they are still looking for my vehicle)!!! I have been contacting Netstar for about ten years regarding sms's that they send me to report a problem with vehicles THAT DO NOT BELONG TO ME! So far they have not shown any interest in correcting their records and I presume the people who have a problem with tampering with their cars from time to time just don't get those messages. I see on the Hello Peter website that the lady who is supposed to handle complaints, keep on saying "I have not been able to get hold of you", it is obviously she doesn't try very hard (and the same can be said about the department that must react to panics/emergency calls.
