Do you still want my business?

Whys should I suffer harassment when you are the ones not allocating the payment? I got numerous emails from you stating my account to be in arrears, even to an extent of the account being at pre-legal, despite submitting the proof of payments the harassment continues. When I reply to the harassment I even copied everyone who contacted me before. The status quo however remains. Why must we be treated like this?
