DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I never write a bad review about any business, but Netstar is honestly a special case. I've been using them for 2 years now, trust me I did not choose them, they came with the car unfortunately. Last year I changed my bank and I sent them my new details to deduct from, THEY DIDN'T UPDATE IT ON THEIR SYSTEM. They then sent debt collectors to me, messing with my credit score because they are not doing their job right. I then spoke to the creditors to tell them to change my banking details, they took my details and said it will sorted. Few months later, same thing happens, they send debt collectors again, I sort out the debt, gave my new details and guess what? you guessed it they did not update. I am still now dealing with a debt collector again because they still have not changed my banking details. I am now trying to call them but no one is answering wasting my time and my airtime.

In conclusion, DO NOT USE THEM, save yourself this unnecessary stress and money. They don't even do anything because I have went to some ***** places and no one called to check if it's me driving the car, so I am basically paying for nothing.
