Do not use Netstar - Pathetic service

Netstar has got to be the worst possible car tracking company - this was supposed to be a company that protects ones vehicle. Yesterday, I get an sms alerting me to a signal that Netstar received - in cases of emergency, they never call the client but deal with sms's. Anyway, I called them to find out out what the issue is and the emergency centre staff are absolutely clueless - they have no idea and do not bother to check what triggered the signal but rather start guessing on what could have triggered the signal. Had this been a real hijacking or theft, the vehicle would be long gone with no assistance from Netstar. There is absolutely no benefit to having a tracking device with this kind of pathetic service, especially in cases of emergency.
