******DO NOT USE NETSTAR! PATHETIC SERVICE *******
I bought a new vehicle and I wanted Netstar to move the device from old vehicle to new vehicle. They then said I have to pay R650.00 to move the device or pay R1352.79 cancellation fee. I then said no one told me about the R650.00 when they told me I have to upgrade the device. They said they will find the recording. I have been phoning Netstar everyday since 18 Feb 2019 to follow up. It is now 27 Feb 2019. Everyday they say they will call me back and no one does. They keep saying the agent will get back to me and when i phoned today the agent was on lunch and I can't be helped. I have been on hold for 20min before i put the phone down.
I am not paying R650.00 for a transfer and Netstar can cancel my account. I will block them and reverse the debits on my bank account.
Do not use Netstar. Keep away from them!

In February you phoned me to inform me that I will not be paying the fee to move the device to my new vehicle. It is now 4 months later in Netstar deducted R804.00 from my account!!! This is unacceptable! I need to get my money back TODAY!
