I paid for a tracker upfront and because of their terrible service . I cancelled and they over 5 months ago. I have not received any communication or money back. DO NOT USE NETSTAR. FIRSTLY THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, TRY GETTING THE INCORRECT LOCATION ON YOUR CAR . THEN NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK
