DO NOT USE NETSTAR
DO NOT USE THIS TRACKING COMPANY. unless you want to pay for a system that is not fully functional. I wont pay for a cell contract if i didnt get what i contractually agreed on. I wont pay for service plan for my car and i only get part of the service. I wont pay for full dstv and only get half the channels..... etc so i wont pay Netstar and i will demand a full refund as they in breach of contractor for not giving a fully functional unit after "repairing" the unit 3 times. after the 2nd time i made it clear i want 12 month refund (which was paid into my account) and if the system is not fully functional i want the full 5 year refund and cancel contract. I tested the system 3 times (only tried the panic button and nothing happened) so if i was highjacked and i pressed the panic button NOTHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. This idiot i am dealing with Sean feels i must pay a call out fee (R500) to verify the system isnt working and i must pay cancellation fee. he also stated there is not warranty yet the system is 4 months old. im sorry this is absolute BS i wont pay for a broken system and i want a refund.

16 Oct 2019, 22:01I dont know what conversation you referring to . but if it Sean the idiot that states a 4 month old tracker does not have warranty or that because one part of the system works i must ignore the fact that the other safe measures does not then im sorry then you once again Lying about "investigating" anything and i put a stop order in on this debit order and the other tracker i have. i will not do business with this company again and i will spread the message
