Do Not use Netsar at track your vehicle

Reasons why I would not advice anyone to user Netstar. In February my husband was hijacked at gunpoint and they took the car. After reporting the incident to Netstar they could not track the car, which means the tracking device was not working. As a customer I did not know that. It was netstar’s responsibility to ensure they test the tracker. After failing to track my car they even **** to me that they were still tracking it. I got a private investigator to investigate the incident, their findings were that the tracking unit had not been working since 2017 (this is exactly when they installed the tracker). I’m left with the burden of paying for a car I do not have for the next 4 years. Netstar has not taken any responsibility for the liability. They completely ignored me.
