Do not use Nestar

A months ago i was in threatening situation while driving and i pressed my panic button with no responds,lucky me i escaped the situation and i was fine,I thought the next day maybe the is a mistake,I gave it tree days or so and pressed my panic button again to give it a text still no response,in a panic i call nestar and I was adviced that they had deactivated my unit by mistake and the reason was that my car had been sold,in a panic, i kindly request them to inquire and activate it,as my account is in order and my debit order has been going off,a couple of days latter still nothing had been done,then I call them again and request to speak to a supervisor and i was trasfared to Boikemisetso who assisted me and told me their retention deparment will call me to get their technician to activate my unit,I wainted and waited and no responds for a couple of days, untill i had to call them again and was givern a lame excuse that i must wait gain as their technician will call me just imagine, i must wait after the back and fouth and speaking to multiple people,do your math how many people i spoke to and everytime i was left with just a preference number no assistance ***,ref***9ref,***,ref***,***,*** ,i have cancel my subscriptions with them,guys be careful you might be paying for a unit that is not working stay away from Netstar there are other companies that you can use,Netstar can't be trusted just imagine if I was hijacked how where they going to find my vehicle i bet the excuse would have been they could not find it because the hijackers have removed it I am so disappointed thay my matter was not treated as am emergency.
