Do not trust Dotsure and Netstar as they work together to **** you out of claims.

Worst experience ever. Netstar was forced apon us by Dotsure when we took out insurance. I was involved in an attempted hijacking on the 2st of April. Ended up in an accident. The tracker was switched off and my vehicle was taking from the scene and couldn't be located for 2 weeks. No help from from Dotsure and Netstar. Dotsure deals directly with netstar , so I warn all clients be careful of dealing with these companies , dotsure and netstar as they don't do anything except take your money. Don't trust these people. Netstar suppose to be a tracker and recovery company but they just an added fee on Dotsure. I'm starting a campaign to get these guys down.
