DO NOT GET NETSTAR!!!!!
WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER DISASTER!!! DO NOT USE NETSTAR!!!!!!!
After getting upset with the shoddy service from CarTrack I decided to give Netstar a try (For my employer). Not only do they keep sending texts, saying the alarm has gone off while my employer is driving, but also, when you call them, they cannot find you as a customer, not under ID, Vehicle Reg or the reference number in their texts!!!!
Then they will also NOT let you speak to a Manager or Supervisor, if you are calling on behalf of your employer!!!
Please stay away!!! They just take your money for no damn reason at all!!!
They do not even place you on their system, or call you when your alarm is apparently going off!!!
