DO NOT EVER USE NETSTAR!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If i could give zero stars, i would. Absolutely useless admin department. They just bill you and good luck trying to resolve over-billing. It's been 10 months, over 25 emails and i'm still trying to get my money back! DO NOT use them. Once you are signed up, you are locked in for 3 years, so THEY DONT CARE. They just take their money monthly and IGNORE you. Try to cancel and if you eventually get it right, you get charged crazy penalties. Plenty of other tracking companies
