DO NOT EVER MAKE A MISTAKE AND SIGN UP WITH NETSTAR !!!!

Netstar called me to inform me i owe them money due for April i explained to the guy that they provide me with no services they are not tracking my vehicle. He then said they are which i said prove it. He said he will call me back which he did. He then said he is sorry but there is a problem with the unit( in which i am correct - they not tracking my car). He will send an email to there accounts department to not bill and arrange for the unit to be replaced. No one called neither was there any repairs done and my contract has now expired but there are keep sending statements billing from April. when they call for the money i keep telling them the issue and they say okay but nothing is being done. If anyone wants to sign up with Netstar i advise DO NOT DO IT!!!! THEY ARE ******** LOOKING FOR EASY MONEY !!!! to me it looks like they do not know what they are doing....how will they keep your car safe?
