Do not do business with Netstar, very ***********.

I've been a client for almost 3yrs now and I wont be renewing my tracker with Netstar.

I had a booking to install the tracker on my 2nd car on Monday the 28th, which was postponed to Tuesday and again on Wednesday. After countless calls and back & forth with the fitment center which is 2km from where I work, still no one came. I phoned again this morning at 9am and I got the same story " we will send someone". when I phoned the customer service at 12h00, they were told the same story "we will send someone tomorrow".

Now I must drive a car without a tracker for another day after waiting that long? HELL NO!!!! I am gatvol with this type of incompetency.
