Do not do business with Nestar vehicle tracking company.

They dont even deserve one star on the review. They deaerve a minus F for the dismal service they gove to their customers. My vehicle was in an accident in December 2021 and i needed urgent medical help. I am paying for that notification or call; i got NOTHING. End of January 2022 i had a new vehicle and i notified them that i needed a new device on the new vehicle . First they sent me to the Pietermaritzburg branch who told me that i will have to pay for them to fimd the old vehicle in god know which s**** yard and they will remove the old device and put it in the new car...at my cost. And i told.them.their head office said i will have tp pay R600 for the new device but they turn ans say they wanted R1200. (I recorded that conversation) Then Pietermaritzburg calls head office who then called me back saying they will send someone to install a new device at my home. Two months later...im still waiting...And month after month the monthly installment is paid...religiously...tfacking a vehicle thats in a scarpyard somewhere. I have numerous emails sent to them and the best they can do is autoreplies...they are ********. Nobidy should do business with them.
