Dissappointed client again...
I'm writing for the 3rd time I was hijacked last year August and I was using netstar car tracker, and apparently my tracker was not working. When I call they take me back and forth telling me they are still investigating.
I am so dissappointed with Netstar And they only call when they see the hello Peter review telling me they are still investigating then they keep quite. When I call they always say that's not my department I will put u through to somebody who can help you, then I hold forever I end up hanging up.
They are unprofessional.
