Disrespected & disappointed

Yoh... Yoh... Yoh... I don't know why my husband convinced me to join netsta. I'm in the yard looking at my car through the window. Yet my App tells me that my car is at a location that I checked in an hour ago. When I call the office, a guy called Linda rudely😕 told me that the problem is with my app and not with tracker. He told me to call customer service in the morning 🙄. So my car needs to be ****** first and then get help the following day.... 😟🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. We'll considering a different tracking company should be the first thing I wake up to do. 💔💔Disappointed 💔💔
