Disputing account
Took out insurance with Oakhurst my worst nightmare, and I was advised that they going to put their tracking device. I paid them without missing any payment until I was involved in an accident and they decide to cancel my policy after they written off my car for just a mere damage on a bumper. Eventualy they paid. Policy was cancelled in July 2016 to boom in December 2016 Altech debited my bank account. When i enquire about it I their consultant just told me there was nothing they can I just need to pay the account that I have no knowledge off. I have never made an agreement with Altech but Oakhurst I believe one of them supposed to advise that I need to continue paying the "altech" not just go to my account and ***** money. I disputed the account until I reversed the payment to get their attention. Now am being harrased for their stupid incompeted consultants. I work with customer and I knw their rights & impotancy. Am sick & tired of this people they think they can just reap our money. Even worse they ***** have my old registration number which I updated my insurance long time ago in 2014 to show that they never bothered to contact me. Am still disputing this and am nt willing to pay the amount they want me to pay.

Firstly you access my bank account without my permission now you want to drag my name down in the mud by messing with my credit record which I try by all means to keep it clean.
