Dishonest tracker company

Very bad service. Had a tracker installed as it was one of the conditions of Dotsure insurance and it was faulty. Apparently I signed a 36 month contract with them when I took out insurance with Dotsure. I Complained that the unit was faulty and technician was send to sort out the fault. All he did was to disconnect my old tracker unit saying it was causing the fault. The problem persist and after many complaints from my side and no action from them I said that I do not want to deal with Netstar anymore and that they must renove the tracker. They said I must 1ste cancel my insurance before they can remove the tracker. I was never informed that the contract will remain in place or that I will be liable for any cost. So I canceled my insurance with Dotsure. They never came to remove the unit but handed the complaint to Head office. They said that I had signed a 36 month contract and had to pay them R2793 to cancel the contract. The other option was they would give me 2 mths free but my monthly installment for the remaining 34 months would be R514 per month. Very dishonest company who think the people out there is idiots. I have now insisted on one of there directors tel number or the ombudsman if they are regulated to hopefulle sort out the problem with them. Will never deal with them again.
