Disgusting, Terrible Customer Service from Netstar

A month ago I reported here on hello Peter that I've cancelled my services with Netstar due to their pathetic service and untrained staff who don't know customer service. They never wanted to come remove their tracking device from my car. I was told almost everyday for 03 months that my case was dispatched to an incorrect que.

Out of the blue they have debited my account and have been calling them to rectify the matter I'm being sent from one pillar to the other.

The last person I just spoke to just hanged up. Mind you I'm using my cell phone to call.

The day has ended with another monster from hell tracking company.

I regret doing business with Netstar.
