Disgusting Service

I sent an email on 24th April to cancel my Netstar subscription. Received an email on 30th April advising me that to cancel i would need to pay 1 months premium and another balance which was pro-rata. This i was happy with. They deducted the premium at the end of April and then told me that there was still another premium plus the pro-rata balance. I was told that you have to give 30 days notice. I advised them on 24th April, 1 premium went off end of April so all that should have needed to be paid was the pro-rate balance. This i paid EFT. But today i have been deducted another months premium as well as the pro-rate balance. So because they take 6 days to reply to an email the 30 days notice only starts when they accept it. This is an absolute disgrace and i will never use or recommend Netstar to anyone. They do things to suit themselves. If you are supposed to give 30 days notice fine, then it should be counted from the day the email is sent advising of the request not from when they decide to answer the email. I want my money that i paid over and above what they deducted otherwise i will take legal action. The service from Netstar is absolutely disgusting.
