Disgusting Netstar Accounting service

Netstar is unbelievable. Unbeliebably terrible. Its now been 6 months that I've been battling cancel my contract. Finally somebody reacted, apologized and sent me a cancellation letter. I was also heartily promised the debit order against my account was stopped. Well...guess what....this month another payment was deducted which I promptly returned (and yes it costs ME money) and just jow Netstar'sncollection guys phoned me YET AGAIN....threatening me that I have not paid. WHEN IS THIS IS MADNESS GOING TO STOP? Clearly the right hand is not knowing what the left hand nor anybody else for that matter is doing. Question remains. Does ANYBODY there know what they are doing? I've now requested to speak to their MD. (Not that I have any hope this person has any interest in the little people)
