disgusting and pathetic service

this is the worst services iv ever received from a business , these people promise heaven on earth but never deliver. I am currently having issues with this panic button they gave me in February 2021 and does not work i don't get the notification when i press it , so imagine if i was to have an emergency that required me to use this service I'm paying every month. i was promised a technician 2 months ago I'm still waiting. i call the call center my call was dropped i regret the day i ever started with them the service is disgusting and pathetic. when its time for the debit order they do that with no fail sis man.
