Disgusting accounts department and customer service

Absolutely terrible service. Been a customer with them for over 2 years and I have been paying them via eft every month and now I'm being harassed by them saying I owe them different amounts each month. Absolute bull****. Want to rip honest paying customers off. I even canceled my subscription but I'm still getting messages saying I owe them and I've sent them proof of all payments via email. Pathetic service. A lady called and emailed to say she's "supposedly taking on my case" but I've never gotten 1 email in response from her so i assumed all was sorted but now after canceling I'm still getting statements and messages saying i owe money. You can dream about getting another cent out of me.
