Disgusted with Customer Service
<p>In 2015 i called Nestar, advising them of the change of my banking details. I constantly received messages that my account will be handed over and i will be listed. I call Netstar again again requesting the change but this was not done. </p> <p>Today i found out via Mytransunion that the account was written off as a "bad debt" which negatively impacted on my credit rating.</p> <p>I have emails and proof of consultants which i spoke to and need this resolved ASAP.</p>
