Disgusted client

My car was written off on the 4th of August 2018 and I have realised Altech Nestar are still deducting money for a tracker I then contacted them on the 25th of March asking why are they still deducting money for a car that was in a accident last year already aren't they supposed to know that as a tracking company, which they said they only know when I client informs them. I then asked them to cancel the insurance which they claimed I signed a contract for 3years so I will have to pay the outstanding amount. I then asked why would I pay for something that is not there anymore, they said well those are terms and conditions I just feel this is very unfair to pay for something I do not have all the insurances I had with my car they never gave such hussles currently I am waiting for recordings which they claim I did agree to terms and conditions but I know I took this tracker via first for women not them. And I see they tried to deduct R1044.00 on my account luckily there no funds even though I said I will lodge a dispute and I won't pay this amount until they get me the recordings.
