Disappointing service from Netstar and Car Tracker!!!!

On 08/10/2019 at about 02:09 there was an attempt to ***** my car but unsuccessful. The ******* broke the driver’s door key hole, removed the computer box and damaged the key ignition component. When we installed our tracking device, Netstar, they made us purchase a device that alerts you if someone tampers with your car and the key is not near the car. The device is suppose to alert Netstar that there is unauthorized activity by your car and they suppose to call you right?? None of this happened. The story gets better, we have a second device in the car, Car Track, which we were forced to take when we changed insurers to MiWay. Because of the damage to the ignition we had to remove the battery because the car’s ignition was still on. Our wonderful service providers called just a few seconds, the call cut and they never called bac**** So in short, using either of these services is a waste of time and money
