Disappointing, disturbing service

I have a vehicle tracker with netstar and I was in trouble on Sunday where they were doing a ******* and pressed the panic button, I could not answer the phone and Netstar called my mom and she had no idea where I was and they could see where the vehicle is but no one came until I was ****** of things in my car and thank God my vehicle wasn’t taken. No word from Netstar even a call after to check if I’m safe. I sent an email on Monday, no response and yesterday someone said they will come back to me but nothing. It’s so frustrating and disappointing to pay for a service but when your life is in danger you are not assisted. This is disturbing and disappointing. I have been failed.
