Disappointed in Netstar
Netsar really let me down as I was advises that my unit was out of warranty and I requested a call back to install a new unit and never received a call or email back.
I then requested a cancelation of the contract and its been a week and still no call.
I really feel they can do better!! I just want a cancelation, that's all!
