Disappointed Customer
im so disappointed with the kind of service your customer service offer , as i was handed over as i was in errors owing 867.55 and that was debited on the 25 November all is in order now but suddenly i still got a statement that im owing , as i called was told legal department needs to update it , called 4 times with no help been told to hold im being transferred even now nothing has been done , sent emails (*** / ***), tried emergency number , even panic button no response . And my app shows me a wrong location also

24 Dec 2021, 09:27if i may ask why is my account still under legal and still shows that im owing , this is really annoying now , the only debit that needs to run is for this month.....what nonsense is this honestly. if you want me to cancel this contract just say it because wont tolerate this now
