Disappointed client

I'm a disappointed client my car have been with Netstar for almost 5 years now, in 2018 it was on breakdown it was not moving until this year all those years the battery was flat and Netstar didn't pick that up and make a follow up all they want is my money that's all when I want to cancel they tell me about the contract even though the same contract says they must protect my car
