disappointed about the service

Few months ago I sent an email to few netstar email address due to change in my salary I have notice that there no deductions from netstar, now it like I did nothing to notify netstar that changing banks and no nobody called me or even an email telling the that they did get the money on my account, the only thing I receive it a call from debt collectors saying I owe netstar a certain amount and I have to pay, I told the guy who called me that I sent the email to netstar and I even copy the email and sent it to him and also kept quite until now.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed to the service I got from netstar if it was that possible and easy, I was gonna leave netstar and find another car tracker company and I dont think I will ever refer a friend or a family member to netstar
