Dieketseng (Prudence) Selebogo from Netstar assisted me on Monday afternoon, with a re-installation request. This has been one of THE BEST service, I've received across ALL COMPANIES, in YEARS. I am not even exaggerating, I think sometimes we get complacent with bad service, or normal service, that when you get good service you always feel special, BUT this was above and beyond. Thank you, Prudence, for taking the time to speak to my Mother, who is a bit hearing impaired, and have Mennierse disease so she struggles and gets overwhelmed with sound and struggles to sometimes hear over the phone. You spoke to her so gently, friendly, slow and clear, you had me on the other line so that I didn't have to phone back after you spoke to her, you assisted us so extremely beautifully. Netstar, I hope you have a special reward you give to people who clearly LOVE what they do and have a true PASSION!
