Device Repair

Terrible customer service. No communication. I’ve been trying for the past 3 weeks to repair my device. Nobody can tell me why the device was just installed and needs repairing.every time I call in the consultants say I will receive a call from someone to update me on the matter I’m still waiting for the call for the past 3 weeks. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
