DEVICE NOT WORKING, I DESPERATELY NEED MY CAR RECOVERED, NETSTAR HAS REALLY LET ME DOWN!!!

The device does not work. I am now selling my house because of the cost of the car which I can't dispose of because Netstar can't find it. THIS HAS GONE TERRIBLY, TERRIBLY WRONG. Staff can be very arrogant, they are so used to telling people they cant help them that they are now immune to it. They keep insisting on telling me how the device works, I keep telling them they have described the device to me 15 times but the device DOES NOT WORK, THEY CAN'T FIND MY CAR. They say I should fit a different device...HOW DO WE DO THAT IF WE CANT FIND THE CAR? WHY SELL ME THE STUPID DEVICE IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN? They had the number of the person who absconded with my car on the system and were phoning them instead of phoning me despite numerous requests to have only my number reflect. This is really unbelievably stupid. WARNING...DO NOT USE NETSTAR IT'S A ******* AND THEY WILL HAPPILY FAIL YOU AND COLLECT YOUR MONEY. I STILL EXPECT MY CAR TO BE RECOVERED AS THAT IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR!!!!!!! MAYBE I CAN SAVE MY HOUSE :(
