Device-cancellation-payment issues

I have been trying to get hold of someone to call me back from November. On 1 Dec 2021 regarding my tracking device to be tested or upgraded, no one called me back up until now for further arrangements ,which I decided to either cancel or my monthly premium be dropped to less than R99 for the same existing unit. I am out of my contract and need urgent assistance for this because I am not going to pay my monthly subscription end of December.
