DESPICABLE SERVICE FROM NETSTAR

Despicable service from Altech Netstar

i had two vehicles with a netstar tracking unit that is suppose to alert me of jamming devises, vehicle accident, now in June 2019 i had an accident and i did not get any call from them. i furthermore pressed the panic button and still no assistance. upon numerous fruitless communication with they then claimed that they had paid for the months when the unit was faulty with no evidence of such supp****.

again in July 2020 my wife had an accident and the vehicle was written off when i called Netstar about it i was told that it must have not been a bad accident as a result they did not call or send out emergency assistance as my wife had to be rushed to hospital in a critical state.

further more they claim that i still have to pay for the unit even though the vehicle has been written off.
