Despicable service and very patronising

<p>I regret continuing my support with Altech Netstar (AN) because since the installation by For All fitment Centre (13/03/2017), I have been experiencing a lot of problems. My power steering stopped working immediately after installation and I was told my vehicle is old and it's a coincidence (16/03/2017). Then one of my devices got taken out by the technicians (It was not installed by AN in the 1st place). The 1st time around I noticed it and called the technician. The 2nd time around it was a different technician and I only noticed that it was gone when the installed device kept reporting that I was in an accident. Till today, my device has not been returned after calling countless times. I am tired of their unprofessional mannerisms.</p>
