Despicable service

I called on Monday, 9 March at 7am to test my tracking device. They advised that they will get back to me in 3 days, not sure why it takes so long but I said fine. On Friday, 13th, i heard nothing. I called again, they promised to send me my report by email. Still nothing, I called today, Tuesday, 17th, they said they will get someone to all me to give me the results. Still nothing. Is my tracking device working or not??<br>
