De/Re *** - Acc. no. ***9- I am so disappointed in the service that I am receiving from Netstar, I sent a request to remove my tracking devicing from my old car that I have traded in but the only response I get from them is that a technician will contact me, I don't know how many times I have called but they keep on promising me the same thing. If it was not for that I have a contract with them for 36 months I would cancel the cover.
If I don't get response before end of today I am going to the ombudsman maybe I will be assisted there.
