Depressed

I would like to lay a complaint about Netstar tracking company. Their technician came to install the tracking device in my car last month and broke my battery compartment. I tried calling them and inform them of what happened and also sent them photos but they only told that it was not their technician who broke it, no one has ever worked on my car battery ever. Please help me find a solution. I have been reporting that the system still sends faulty alarm warnings but no one is coming back to me. I'm tired of reporting the same thing for more than 2 months
