DELAYED RESPONSE TIMES

On Sunday the 31st January 2016 at around 21:15 my vehicles tracker was activated. I waited for Netstar to call me in the next few minutes but nobody called. I eventually only received a call past midnight which was 3 hours after the activation. To me this is really pathetic service from Altech Netstar. I would also like to point out that on a few other occasions I have had a response time of 15 - 30 minutes which is also ridiculous because that is more than enough time for a hijacker to do whatever he wishes. I feel that as a paying customer who has been loyal to Altech Netstar this type of service is unfair.
