Deducting insane amount without Authorisation

<p>I sold me car last year August and enquired about the cancellation process. I was told on the 31st Jan that an amount of R354.17 would be deducted as a cancellation fee if I agreed. I agreed to the amount a few minutes later and on the 1st March an amount of R 3614.66 was deducted from my account. I enquired and was told that the retentions/cancellations consultant mistakenly raised the incorrect settlement amount. I have been following up everyday with no feedback/ progress regarding my enquiry. Its totally unprofessional and should be handled in the correct manner. Totally disgusting service!!!!</p>
