debiting my account after service has been cancell

As per my previous report regarding Altech Netstar, I am still being debited every month for a service that was allegedly cancelled by Clinton.<br> My car has been written off!!! I don't want to pay for a tracking unit I will never use and that was requested to be cancelled last year already.<br> Please stop taking my money as you're not providing me with any service. And please genuinely cancel my account instead of telling me it's cancelled but then taking my money every month!!
