Debited since Sept for unit thats not installed

I have been explaining my problem since September to various call centre agents. Im not repeating again. I have been debited every month since September for a unit I dont have. Even today when calling for the last time, i got empty promises that my problem will be attented to. And as allways no one calls back. Give my money back!!!!! I dont want anything to do with Altech Netstar. Even the MD is too good to reply back to emails..... Thats if he gets it.
