DEBITED OFF TWICE IN ONE MONTH

Late last month I phoned Altech to let them know that I have changed cars and I needed to install the new tracker. Then they advised that they will be cancelling fee which was discounted and reinstallation fee as well. They did install their tracker into my car the next day after I spoke to them. But the lady that signed me up she advised that the cancellation and installation will be debited off end of September but to my surprise on the 1st of September they debited me R501.70 ref ***, I then let it, but then AGAIN last night I was debited off 121.68 ref ***. Some of us we rely on budgets, You cant say you will debit me off the next month and nxt thing u hit me with double debit order?. You have inconvenience my budget. Been trying to call the accounts but each time I call, when the call center try to put me accounts I get cut off. This morning I was lucky enough to speak to a lady that gave me the direct accounts no. which is \***. I did call and the guy that answered the above line gave me another no to call which is *** and tried to call and THERE WAS NO ANSWER. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVICE WHY WAS I DEBITED TWICE
