Debit Orders

Can you explain to me why you debiting my account on the 2nd of every month, when our agreement is the 15th. Explain to me why you just debited me on the 15 February and now you submitting another debit order on the 2nd? <br> <br> I have now incurred R510.00 worth of bank charges due to this!!
