Debit order wrongfully deducted

Netstar you are a joke. I NEVER in my LIFE had a contract with you. You are trying to deduct money from my bank account each and every month, every month I need to go to the bank and REVERSE the debit order, costing my time and money. When I phone in to Netstar and make a query, the answer I get is SHOCKING, were sorry, we cannot take the banking details of the account, we need to contact the contract holder and get the correct details. REALLY NETSTAR! THIS IS MY BANK ACCOUNT, NO ONE ELSES, I NEVER HAD A CONTRACT WITH NETSTAR, SO I DEMAND YOU TAKING OF MY BANKING DETAILS FROM THAT CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY. YOU ARE TRYING TO ROB ME. You do not have a clue what customer service really is.
