Debit order submitted after payment was made

my debit order was not successful , I then called net star for banking details so i can make payment .<br> <br> I made payment and to my surprise on the 14 of march and debit went off and i am now charged 138 for unsuccessful debit which i am not willing to pay cause i have made payment .<br> <br> I have been waiting for someone responsible for my account to call me cause i am not happy at all .<br> <br> i hope to hear from someone asap
